As Yale Medicine’s interim chief strategy officer, Yollanda is responsible for setting the strategic direction for practice growth and development. She oversees the centralization of Yale Medicine’s efforts toward building its physician network, developing strategic alliances and partnerships, and pursuing new practice acquisitions. Yollanda also serves as senior director, strategy and program development. She has a wealth of experience in both operations and strategy, driving complex initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, measuring/tracking plans, and facilitating execution—all in the context of driving success in today’s rapidly changing health care environment.
